Job Description
Nakhlah is in search of a dedicated and experienced Principal for our Pre Primary & Primary division. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Campus in implementing academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with teaching staff, attending faculty meetings, aiding in student assessments, and monitoring student behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
The ideal applicant will possess a comprehensive understanding of various subjects, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role and at least 5 years of overall teaching experience are preferred. A Master’s degree along with a Montessori Diploma will be considered ideal qualifications.
