Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Principal Recruitment Specialist to join our hiring panel. This role involves recruiting school principals for TCF schools across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will assess applicants to ensure they possess the essential academic and administrative skills to lead our schools effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Urdu and English
- Good observational, organizational, and evaluation skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 4-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector
