Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Principal Recruitment Specialist to join our hiring panel. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for recruiting school principals for TCF schools across Pakistan.
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Urdu and English.
- Excellent observational, organizational, and evaluation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience: 4-5 years in recruitment, preferably in education.
