Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a premier manufacturing firm in Pakistan, is looking for a Process Shift Incharge to join our Molding Department at the Hub Chowki plant.
Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for overseeing shift transitions, managing operator teams, ensuring the efficient operation of molding machines, verifying quality results, calculating performance metrics, and coordinating maintenance tasks. Accurate documentation of all activities is essential.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a DAE or B Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations.
We offer a competitive salary along with transportation and meal allowances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
