Job Description
A.T.S Synthetic Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Polymer and a minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in the plastic industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing production processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams, prepare detailed production reports, and uphold stringent hygiene practices. A solid understanding of the plastic industry, along with hands-on extrusion experience in PVC and HDPE, is essential for success in this position.
