Job Description
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery objectives. You will manage production planning and scheduling, supervise teams, optimize processes, control budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory.
- Enforce quality standards and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) and train staff.
- Monitor performance, resolve production issues, and maintain production planning tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years in production or manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with production planning systems.
