Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd is in search of a committed Production Manager to oversee the entire production cycle of electric bikes. This position is crucial for ensuring timely delivery, upholding quality standards, and managing cost efficiency. Additionally, the manager will supervise after-sales service operations, including warranty processing and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise production plans aligned with sales forecasts.
- Oversee assembly line operations while enforcing quality control measures.
- Manage warranty claims and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically within the e-bike sector.
