Job Description
Mustafa Developers is seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our daily production operations and ensure optimal output levels. In this role, you will supervise production staff and manage workflows, ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of production management experience, ideally within the beverage or bottled water sector. Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
