Job Description
Dot Print PVT Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Production Manager to plan and manage production schedules; supervise offset and digital printing as well as packaging operations; lead and train the production team; ensure routine machine maintenance and uninterrupted operations; monitor material usage and inventory; uphold quality standards; troubleshoot and resolve production issues; and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- DAE in Printing & Graphic Arts
- 5–8 years of experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
