Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for one of our esteemed clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing workflow while leading a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff to meet production targets.
- Implement safety policies and maintain quality control protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and manage maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Utilize production data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Effectively address operational and personnel challenges.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, 12-14 years of formal education, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
