Job Description
Location: On-site – Multan
Position Overview:
Sperton Pakistan is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor (PU-Based) to lead daily operations in PU-based production processes. This role is essential for ensuring production efficiency and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily PU production operations and ensure timely schedules.
- Lead team members for seamless workflow and optimal equipment performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manage inventory effectively.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4–5 years of supervisory experience in PU production.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
