Job Description
Trendline Construction Corp is seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator with expertise in selective demolition, man-hour calculation, and hauling/dumping estimates. This is a non-paid 7 working days role aimed at evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate estimates for selective demolition, hauling, and dumping.
- Assess project scope for realistic man-hour requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients on project details and costs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in demolition estimation, preferably with selective projects.
- Skills in man-hour and cost estimation, with knowledge of hauling logistics.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: Starting at Rs50,00.00/month
