Job Description
Simcoe IT is seeking a dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates from 6 PM to 3 AM and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably with exposure to markets in the US, Australia, or Canada.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is essential.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for clients, fostering and maintaining relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and providing training on company tools.
