Tiltop Roofers Inc. is looking for a skilled Estimator & Insurance Report Specialist to manage roof estimations, damage assessments, and insurance documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precise estimates, crafting professional proposals, and delivering comprehensive reports supported by detailed documentation and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct manual roof sketches and create accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare and send client proposals in a professional format.
- Conduct market research to determine current labor and material rates.
Requirements: Candidates should have experience in estimation or insurance reporting, strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of roofing materials, and exceptional communication abilities.
