Job Description
Virtesys is currently looking for a dedicated full-time Project Coordinator with expertise in paperwork review and quality assurance for our U.S.-based facilities services clients.
Education: Candidates should possess at least a graduate degree, intermediate education, or A-Levels. Proficient English communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify project-related paperwork
- Conduct quality checks on submitted documents
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in reports
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with previous quality assurance experience (a plus)
Location: PECHS, Karachi. Night Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM.
