Job Description
We are seeking a Provider Credentialing Specialist to manage provider enrollment and credentialing activities. You will verify licensure and certifications, perform primary source verification, submit and track credentialing applications (CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payers), maintain accurate credentialing files, and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with credentialing systems and Microsoft Excel required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1–3 years of healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
