Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile and web application QA, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough QA testing for mobile apps and websites.
- Address customer inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot user issues.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must reside near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50, Contract Duration: 6 months, Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week.
