Job Description

NEWGENS SOLUTIONS is seeking a QA Manager responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of calls made by our agents. A strong IT background is essential to manage technical aspects related to PC performance and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA processes and standards.
• Monitor customer interactions for compliance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
• Collaborate with training teams.
• Analyze call data for improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot PC and network issues.
