• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize sales expertise to uphold quality standards.
• Use CRM platforms to monitor quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the creation of process improvement reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6 months of experience in a sales role
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
