Job Description
SIAR Digital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to enhance our team. The successful candidate will evaluate customer interactions for quality compliance, provide feedback and coaching to agents, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Additional responsibilities include preparing evaluation reports for management, developing training materials to elevate service quality, and supporting customer experience strategies. You will also handle complex customer issues and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi, Pakistan.
Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
