Job Description
Lulusar is actively searching for a committed Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to lead our daily QA operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the entire process, from stitching to packing. You will be responsible for analyzing defects, implementing necessary improvements, and training QA staff while working closely with production, merchandising, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the textile or apparel industry. Strong problem-solving skills and a background in inspections are critical for success in this role.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs100,00.00 and Rs110,00.00, requiring in-person presence. The application deadline is June 10, 2025.
