Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for our call center. In this vital role, you will monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure our high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer interactions across channels.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
