Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE Mechanical is preferred.
Experience: Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment related to sanitary fittings, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Quality Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-dispatch inspection reports to customers.
- Prepare and submit daily line and final inspection reports.
- Analyze and trend monthly rejection data using various Quality tools.
- Verify countermeasures for unsatisfactory parts.
- Conduct warranty parts analysis with clients.
- Implement 5S and 7QC tools for quality improvement.
