Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a qualified Quality Evaluator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform live call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team to enhance our service quality.
Requirements include:
- One year of Call Center experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month
