Job Description
The CMM Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections using a CMM and various instruments to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and verify measuring instruments.
- Conduct inspections using CMM and other tools.
- Prepare MIS reports and raise Non-Conformance reports.
- Support final inspections for tool deliveries.
- Manage calibration systems and equipment needs.
- Follow inspection procedures and analyze rejection rates.
- Handle customer complaints and suggest improvements.
- Enhance the Quality Management System (QMS).
