Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing rapid growth and is in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor located on Pine Avenue, Lahore. This position involves managing the contractual and financial elements of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct thorough cost analysis, provide guidance on procurement strategies, monitor design modifications, negotiate contracts, and carry out site visits to assess work progress.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 5 years of experience, robust analytical and negotiation capabilities, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
