Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with expertise in construction procurement, focusing on cost analysis and budget tracking. This is a full-time position at The Corporation Road Surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage material requisitions and obtain supplier quotes.
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure budget compliance.
- Understand NRM standards for cost management.
- Maintain the Cost Summary Analysis (CSA).
- Coordinate approvals and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction procurement.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
