Job Description
Tandoori Restaurants is seeking a Query Management Officer (Digital Marketing) to join our Marketing Department at our Head Office. The successful candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media, gather market data, and assist the sales team in resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Timely responses to social media inquiries.
- Market information collection and reporting.
- Communication with the sales team for issue resolution.
- Support inquiry tracking for the marketing team.
- Manage digital marketing activities as needed.
- Track and report on online performance.
- Engage with relevant personnel when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
