Job Description
We seek a professional, non-sales Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team at Paradise Mall. You will manage cold calls and inbound/outbound enquiries for Dubai real estate, provide accurate listings and investment information, qualify leads, schedule meetings, follow up diligently, resolve customer inquiries, escalate issues as required, and maintain the CRM.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service
- Skills: Strong communication, friendly and outgoing demeanour, basic lead qualification
- Compensation: Rs65,00–Rs75,00 per month
- Requirement: Reliable commute to Bahria Town Phase 4 (on-site role)
