Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1-2 years of real estate sales experience. The ideal candidate will excel in building and managing client relationships, proficiently use CRM tools, and conduct meaningful meetings with corporate clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Convert leads into sales through proactive outreach and follow-ups, maintain precise client data, present tailored real estate solutions to corporate clients, and collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, and proficiency in CRM platforms.
