Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere at the front desk. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone inquiries, overseeing guest entries, and facilitating daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized
- Coordinate coverage with office staff
- Provide basic company information to visitors
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
