Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is actively searching for a confident and customer-oriented Receptionist & Beautician. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing comprehensive information regarding salon services, and effectively converting inquiries into scheduled bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries about salon services.
- Handle phone calls and online inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments using salon management software.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Requirements: Candidates should have 1–3 years of customer service experience, exemplary communication skills in Urdu, and a polished appearance.
