Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, performing tele-recovery duties for outstanding accounts, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting room bookings. The ideal candidate will maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor while handling general administrative tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient communication.
