Job Description
Explosion Services is currently looking for a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, and providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and direct visitors as needed.
- Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Maintain accurate visitor records and oversee delivery logistics.
- Assist HR and Operations teams with onboarding processes.
Qualifications: High school diploma, previous reception experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
