Job Description
K.H. FAMA Textile Processing Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a friendly, organized, and professionally qualified Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Keep the reception area well-maintained and organized.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Provide information to clients in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory of office supplies.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
