Job Description
Logistics Vel is looking for a courteous and professional Receptionist to become a vital member of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring a tidy and organized reception area. Responsibilities include managing meeting room reservations, processing mail and deliveries, and providing clerical support to the HR and Admin departments.
Additional tasks involve overseeing office supplies, liaising with housekeeping and security personnel, and aiding in event planning and internal communications. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs35,00.00 and Rs40,00.00 per month.
Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
