Job Description

NCCI Hospital is looking for a courteous and efficient Female Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and process billing procedures.
• Ensure the reception area remains organized and tidy.

Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience, a BBA/B.Com degree, and proficiency in English are essential.
