Job Description
Premio Travel and Tours is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors warmly.
- Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly.
- Manage staff appointments and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Customer-facing experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
