Job Description
SUMSUM GROUP, one of the most esteemed construction companies in Pakistan, is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals for the position of Female Front Desk Officer / Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily assigned tasks efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
- Coordinate with team members regarding project updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience as a Front Desk Representative.
