Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date employee information in the job bank system.
- Organize and manage physical records of employee data.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure the confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
- Maintain HR databases and verify the accuracy of data.
- Support the resolution of employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
Requirements:
- Age: 20 years and above.
- Education: Intermediate to Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Rs 35,00.00 per month
