Job Description
We at CA Gold City Housing Scheme are looking for a diligent and motivated Recovery Officer to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring timely collection of dues from our clients.
Key responsibilities include monitoring outstanding payments, contacting clients regarding overdue amounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of recovery efforts. Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities are essential.
