Job Description
Cybernet, a part of the Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to assist in the recovery of outstanding credits, assets, and accounts receivables. The Recovery Officer will notify clients of their pending recoveries, negotiate return plans, and expedite payments.
Responsibilities include: reviewing asset recovery lists, contacting customers about overdue accounts, advising on payment options, and submitting daily recovery records to management.
Requirements: Matric or Intermediate, previous recovery experience, valid driving license, MS Office proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.
