Job Description

Job Summary:

Neon Chemicals is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on pending payments.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Develop strategies for overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with finance on reconciliations.
• Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, 1-3 years experience, strong communication skills.
