Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recovery Officer to manage the collection of overdue payments from members at Sports Pavilion Club Rawalpindi.
- Monitor outstanding payments and contact members to address overdue balances.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes professionally.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile member accounts.
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum B.Com or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or debt recovery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
