Job Description
The Sports Pavilion Club Rawalpindi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recovery Officer to manage the collection of overdue payments from members.
- Monitor outstanding payments
- Contact members via phone, email, or in-person
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
- Maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the accounts team
- Provide regular reports to management
- Handle financial information confidentially
Requirements: B.Com or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in debt recovery, billing, or customer service. Location: Rawalpindi.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
