Job Description
Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Intern to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top-tier technical talent.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand team requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Utilize platforms such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for effective candidate sourcing.
Requirements: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field, along with a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Work Mode: In-office, from 10 AM to 7 PM, located in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi. Salary is competitive within the market.
