Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Manager to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline from a prestigious university, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR. Expertise in working with Big Four firms, finance and accounting sectors, audit firms, or professional HR recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
This is a full-time position requiring availability from 3 PM to 12 AM PKT, and offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs220,00.00 to Rs300,00.00 per month. The position is in-person, providing a unique opportunity to influence and elevate our recruitment strategies.
