Job Description
Payflex Terminal is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Recruitment Executive. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and possesses outstanding communication skills. In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting premier international talent.
Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Razi Road, PECHS Block 06, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations for candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of international recruitment experience, particularly within the USA.
