Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively engage in relevant subreddits while managing our official subreddit accounts and overseeing content moderation. Building and maintaining constructive relationships with subreddit moderators is essential, as is monitoring brand mentions and trending topics within the community. The specialist will publish captivating content to support community interactions, track sentiment and insights to inform strategies, and collaborate with content teams for enriched discussions. Staying informed about Reddit culture is vital for success in this role.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1-3 years in community management or moderation, paired with exceptional written communication skills.
