Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated Regional HR Officer responsible for maintaining personnel records for faculty and non-faculty staff while supporting all HR functions. Key responsibilities include managing HR transactions, tracking documents, conducting outreach for quality hiring, and organizing training activities.
The ideal candidate should hold a BBA/MBA in HR with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
